## Privacy Policy The Studio (operated by TPP Network) takes your privacy seriously. This page explains what we collect, why we collect it, and what your rights are. ### What we collect When you book a session we collect: - Your **name, email and phone number** so we can confirm the booking and reach you about it. - Optional **company name and notes** if you choose to share them. - **Guest emails** that you choose to add to a booking — only so we can email them their session details. - **Booking details** themselves: studio, date / time, equipment, extras and the price you paid. When you visit the site we also collect minimal **technical data** (browser type, anonymised IP, the page you were on) for security and aggregate analytics. We do not sell this data. ### Why we collect it - To deliver the session you booked. - To send confirmation, reminder, and post-session emails. - To meet legal and accounting obligations (receipts, refunds, audit). - To improve The Studio (aggregated statistics only — never your individual data). ### Who we share it with - **Service providers** that help us run the platform (email delivery, hosting, payment processing). Each is contractually bound to keep your data private. - **Authorities**, only if compelled by a valid legal request. - Your guests, only the booking details you chose to share with them. We do **not** sell your data to advertisers. ### How long we keep it - Booking + payment records: kept for as long as legally required for tax / accounting (currently 5 years in Egypt). - Marketing emails: only if you opted in — you can unsubscribe at any time. - Technical logs: capped at 90 days. ### Your rights You can ask us to: - **Show** you what data we hold about you. - **Correct** anything that's wrong. - **Delete** your account and personal data (subject to the retention period above). - **Stop using** your data for any optional purpose like marketing. Payment card details are handled by our payment processor — they never touch our servers. ### Cookies We use only the cookies needed to keep you signed in and to remember your booking choices while you fill the wizard.
